Shipping and Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at ASHYAK! To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We estimate delivery time between 7-14 days based on the products purchased and location of delivery.

For Packages delivered outside Egypt:

--- Packages delivered internationally may be subject to customs duty, taxes, or any additional fees applied by your country.

--- You are responsible for any communications with the courier in your country.

--- The courier determines the delivery process based on the regulations of your country.

--- In this case, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay taxes, fees, and duty on any order subject to customs clearance.

The shipping fee varies based on the shipping location; the shipping fee is calculated at the check-out process/page.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Missing item must be reported within 3 days of delivery. We will not be able to accept your request if initiated after that.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

While we will make every effort to accommodate your order and shipping preferences, in order to protect our customers, we reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject orders from customers at any time due to:

--- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing"

--- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items, or potentially fraudulent activity.

Returns Policy & Process

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. Don't worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the guidelines below.

All return requests would need to be raised within 3 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

We don’t accept return for unwanted items if the request is made after that.

You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging as you received them.

Please note: No refunds or exchange for orders outside Egypt.

We always aim to satisfy your needs and expectations. Eligible items can be returned if the following conditions are met: 

--- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags still attached and intact

--- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition

-- Original receipt/invoice would need to be included

Please note: We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Kindly submit your request using this ‘Return Request Form’ with subject line “Return Request”, indicating your order number and the items(s) you wish to return and the reason.

All return requests would need to be made online at ashyak.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

Our customer care will contact you to initiate the return process.

Once we receive the items, we will inspect them to start the refund process.

Please note that we do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return request.

The return process for promotional, gift, discounted, and sale items differ relative to the campaign.

Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

If your promotional order is eligible for return, you will be charged return shipping fee.

We will work on fixing any defect from our end straightaway.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.  Please fill this ‘Need Help?’  form on ashyak.com indicating your order number, defected or incorrect product number and description of the issue; we will get back to you as soon as we can. 

Once we receive, inspect, and approve the faulty or incorrect item, we will refund you the amount.

Once we receive your returned item(s), you will be informed by either email or SMS immediately.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for now. You can return any item(s) following our return policy, in the meantime, you can place a new order with us. 

Currently, we only exchange items if they are defective or damaged

Yes! Orders can be cancelled by filling this ‘Return Request Form’  with subject “Cancel Request” and highlight your order number and request details.

If your cancelled order has not been shipped yet, the full amount paid including shipping fee will be refunded.

If your cancelled order has been shipped, we will deduct the shipping and return fee from the refund amount

Please DO NOT refuse the delivery if you decided to cancel the order after it has been shipped to you as the undelivered package may be destroyed by the third-party logistics. You need to receive the package and initiate a return request as described in the return policy.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If we're able to locate the items and you'd like these returned to you, we will ask you to cover the delivery cost.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your return requests, in order to protect our customers, we reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

--- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items, or potentially fraudulent activity.

Our return policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

All items that are subject to free shipping and return promotions can be made once.

Refund Policy & Process

We offer refund for all returnable items according to below refund policy and guidelines

The original shipping and other services fees are non-refundable

You will be charged the return shipping fees based on your location.

You will be charged the shipping fee for the returned or canceled items, the cost will be deducted from your refund amount

We will pay the shipping fee of returned items only if we have mistakenly sent you a wrong or damaged item

If your cancelled order has not been shipped yet, the full amount paid including shipping fee will be refunded.

If your cancelled order has been shipped, we will deduct the shipping and return fee from the refund amount

Unfortunately, you cannot reuse discount codes previously applied on your cancelled or returned order; also, it cannot be refunded as monetary value.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them for approval or rejection.

We will notify you with the inspection findings and start the refund process immediately for the approved returned item(s).

For Cash On Delivery Customers, our customer care team will request your bank account details by e-mail  in order to transfer your refund.

In some cases, it may take up to 14 days for your bank to process the payment and to reflect it into your account.

For Credit Card Customers, refund will be transferred directly back to the bank account that was used for purchasing.

Please note that the shipping fee are non-refundable.

We make sure all refunds to all our customers are processed immediately once confirmed. If you haven't received your refund within 14 days, please check with your bank first, If you still haven't received your refund, please fill this ‘Need Help?’' form and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
